Godex MX30+ mobile receipt and label printer

Why the MX30+

Receipts and labels from one printer on the belt

The MX30+ is Godex's mobile printer for media up to 80 mm (3.15 in) wide. It prints 72 mm wide at 203 dpi on receipt paper or gap labels up to 80 mm wide, connects over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth Low Energy, and runs on a removable 3,300 mAh battery that charges through a USB Type-C port.

One printer for receipts and labels

Godex lists direct thermal receipt paper, anti-UV receipt paper and gap labels (2 to 4 mm gaps, 3 mm preferred). The roll guide adjusts for media from 39.4 to 80 mm wide, so the same printer can issue a bill at the counter and a shelf or carton label in the store.

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth built in

A combo module gives Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth BLE 5.0 as standard, not as an add-on. Godex's GoAPP runs on Android and iOS, and its SDKs cover Android, iOS, Windows, .NET and Win CE for billing and warehouse apps.

3,300 mAh removable battery

A rechargeable 7.4 V Li-ion battery of 3,300 mAh (about 24.4 Wh) clips into the back. A spare battery is a Godex option, so a second shift can swap and carry on. The printer drops to sleep after 30 to 3,600 seconds without work, a setting that saves charge on long routes.

Charges over USB Type-C

The battery charges through the printer's USB Type-C port from a 5 V supply at 1 A, or at 3 A once the fast-charge switch under the bottom cover is set to HIGH. Godex asks for at least 3 hours of charging before first use.

Light enough to carry all day

680 g without paper, 172 × 114 × 79 mm, with belt strap holes at the rear. Godex rates it for drops from 1.5 m and to IP42, or IP54 inside the optional soft protective case.

Long receipts and small codes

A print length of up to 9,500 mm lets a long invoice print as one strip. Godex lists QR, Micro QR, Data Matrix, PDF417, GS1 DataBar and EAN-13 among its 1D and 2D codes, and it has 128 MB of flash and 128 MB of SDRAM.

Used in

  • Route sales and FMCG distribution
  • Delivery billing and proof of delivery
  • Warehousing: cross-docking, receiving and inventory labels
  • Retail: shelf and content labels, receipts
  • Field service invoicing
  • Parking receipts and tickets
  • Postage and courier labels

For buyers in India

Using the MX30+ in India

These are the points buyers in India ask us about the MX30+. Mention the ones that apply to you when you request a quote.

Prints the GST e-invoice QR; test one first

Godex lists QR Code among the MX30+ barcodes, so a billing app can print the signed GST e-invoice QR on the invoice, within the MX30+ print width of up to 72 mm. Scan a printed one with a verification app before rollout, and ask us to set up your label format and print test labels on your roll.

Add your UPI QR to route receipts

A van-sales or delivery app can add the distributor's UPI QR to the MX30+ receipt, so the shop owner pays by scanning it at the door.

Charge batteries indoors, below 40 °C

Charge MX30+ batteries indoors overnight, not on the dashboard. Godex rates the printer to work from 0 °C to 50 °C, but its manual says to charge the battery only between 0 °C and 40 °C and never to expose it to more than 60 °C.

Charge only with the adapter Godex specifies

Use only the adapter Godex specifies, and set a charging plan for vans before rollout. Godex's brochure says the MX30+ can charge from a mobile phone adapter over USB; the input is 5 V at 1 A, or 3 A (15 W) in fast-charge mode. The user manual's battery safety page says to use only the specified adapter. Ask for it in your quotation, so batteries are not damaged by unknown chargers.

Questions buyers ask

MX30+ FAQ

What is the price of the Godex MX30+ in India?

The MX30+ price depends on the options you add and the quantity. We can quote the labels or receipt rolls with it. Ask our team for today's competitive price: share your requirement and budget, and we will help you choose the right configuration and send a written quotation with current pricing and delivery time.

Can the MX30+ print both receipts and labels?

Yes. Godex lists direct thermal receipt paper, anti-UV receipt paper and gap labels with 2 to 4 mm gaps, 3 mm preferred. Media can be 39.4 to 80 mm wide and 0.0508 to 0.165 mm thick, on rolls up to 60 mm across. It needs no ribbon. Godex does not list black-mark media, so send a sample of your current roll with the quote request.

Will it work with our billing app on Android or iPhone?

The MX30+ has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth BLE 5.0 built in. Godex's GoAPP runs on Android and iOS, and Godex publishes SDKs for Android, iOS, Windows, .NET and Win CE, plus drivers for Windows, Mac and Linux. Tell us which app prints your bills and send a sample bill or label with the quote request. Allmark also connects printers to billing and ERP software. Allmark quotes the MX30+ together with receipt rolls and labels, and invoices with GST. Send the number of printers, paper or label width, daily print volume and delivery city, and add the protective case, spare battery or charging adapter so the quotation covers the whole kit.

Can we print over the USB cable?

Plan on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Godex's brochure and product page list USB 2.0 Type-C as an interface and say the cable both transmits and charges, but the MX30+ user manual (Rev. A.3) marks the port as power input only. If your setup needs USB printing, say so in the quote request so the configuration is confirmed before you order.

How long does the battery last on a route?

Godex publishes the battery size, 7.4 V and 3,300 mAh, but no labels-per-charge figure, because use varies with print density and wireless traffic. Charge for at least 3 hours before first use. The printer sleeps after a set idle time of 30 to 3,600 seconds. For full-day routes, add a spare battery to the quotation.

Can it be used outdoors and in delivery vans?

Godex rates the MX30+ for 1.5 m drops, IP42 on its own and IP54 inside the optional soft case, and for work from 0 °C to 50 °C. Charge the battery only between 0 °C and 40 °C. For doorstep and outdoor routes, order the protective case and keep the printer covered in rain.

Can the MX30+ print on linerless labels?

Godex lists linerless media for its sister model, the MX30L+, not for the MX30+. The MX30+ is the version supplied in India. If you want linerless labels to cut waste, say so in the quote request and ask whether the MX30L+ can be supplied.

Can Allmark install the MX30+ and connect it to our software?

Yes. We install the MX30+ at your site, connect it so your ERP, warehouse or billing software prints to it (our own warehouse management system included) and train the people who use it. Tell us the software when you ask for a quote, and we include the setup in the quotation.
