Barcode printers
Desktop, industrial and mobile label printers, chosen for your label size, daily volume and where the printer sits.
Barcode solutions
Barcode label printers, barcode scanners, barcode labels and thermal transfer ribbons from one supplier, matched to each other, with Android mobile computers and software to complete the system, and RFID readers and printers where tags suit the job better than barcodes. A label is printed, scanned at each step from receiving to dispatch or billing, and every scan goes straight into your software.
Barcode systems are our core work. Since 2014 our team has helped buyers choose the right models, installed them on site, trained their staff and connected the scans to their ERP, billing or warehouse software.

Printer, labels, ribbon, scanner
We choose your printer, labels, ribbon and scanner together, so each suits the others and your product. A label fails to scan when one part does not suit the others: a ribbon the label does not take, a label wrong for the surface, or a scanner that cannot read at that distance.
When a job needs it, we help you test with your own labels and products before a bulk order, and if a code fails later you call one team, not four suppliers.
Desktop, industrial and mobile label printers, chosen for your label size, daily volume and where the printer sits.
Wired, wireless, hands-free and rugged scanners, set up to send data the way your software expects.
Direct thermal and thermal transfer labels in the size, material and adhesive the surface and the conditions need.
Wax, wax/resin and resin ribbons, matched to the label material and to how long the print has to last.

Beyond the barcode chain
Printers and scanners are the start. Most sites also need handhelds for staff on the move, software that receives the scans, spares and someone to keep it all running.
Android handhelds with a built-in barcode scanner for picking, stock counts, deliveries and field sales.
Zebra and Honeywell Android and Windows tablets for forklifts, plants and field work, with scan-engine options and, on most models, a vehicle dock.
For example, the Newland MT93-U UHF RFID handheld reader, and Zebra industrial printers such as the ZT231, ZT411, ZT421, ZT610 and ZT620 with Zebra's UHF RFID option; several other models on our product pages also come in RFID versions. RFID read results depend on the item, the tag and the surroundings, so tell us what you want to tag and we will say plainly whether RFID or barcodes suit it better.
Replacement printheads and spare parts for the printers we support, and receipt rolls and other consumables for daily use.
Our own warehouse management system and custom Android, web and Windows applications that take the scans and update your stock, production or billing records.
Service calls for the barcode printers and scanners we support, and setup steps and maker drivers by model.
Stands, mounts, cables, power adapters, batteries and charging cradles for the devices above.
Where it is used
The same printers, scanners and labels serve very different jobs. These are the ones our customers use them for.
Goods receipt, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch, and stock counts by rack, bin and SKU, with scanners or mobile computers and our warehouse management system or inventory software.
Part, batch and work-in-progress labels scanned at each stage of the shop floor, so a finished item can be traced back to its batch and stage.
Carton and shipping labels printed at the packing table, and a scan at loading that confirms the right goods leave on the right vehicle.
Durable barcode tags on machines, IT equipment and tools, scanned during audits and repairs, with asset tracking software. RFID tags help where many assets must be counted quickly.
Labels printed from your ERP or straight from a weighing scale, with the layout, barcode type and data your customers specify.
Barcode numbers for retail products are issued by GS1 India (opens in a new tab). We supply the printers, labels and scanners that print and read those barcodes.
Where to start
The buying guides go deeper: barcode printers, barcode scanners and mobile computers.
Products, cartons, pallets, assets or documents. Label size, the number of labels a day and how long the label must survive decide between a desktop and an industrial printer, and between direct thermal and thermal transfer.
At a counter, a scanner on a cable or a stand is enough. Across a warehouse, a wireless scanner or a mobile computer moves with the person. On a production line, a mounted scanner reads without anyone holding it.
Name the software you use: ERP, billing, inventory or a spreadsheet. The scanner or handheld has to send data in the form that software expects, and that often decides the model and its settings.
A barcode costs little to print and is read one at a time with a clear line of sight. RFID tags cost more per item but can be read without line of sight and many at once, which helps with stock counts and asset tracking. Many sites start with barcodes and add RFID where counting time matters most.
