By counter task

One counter unit takes the bill on an 8-inch touch screen, prints and cuts the receipt on its built-in 3-inch printer and runs our offline Android billing app on a built-in battery.

Choose a scanner that reads phone screens as well as paper, for example the Zebra DS2208 handheld, or a hands-free scanner such as the Honeywell Orbit 7190g (laser plus area imager), the Orbit HF680, the Zebra DS9308 or the Newland FR4080.

A hands-free scanner stands on the counter and reads each item as the cashier passes it, for example the Honeywell Orbit 7190g and Orbit HF680, the Zebra DS9308 and the Newland FR4080.

The Posiflex CR-4000 G2 and CR-4100 G2 are printer driven, and the Rugtek CR-410 has an RJ12 receipt printer interface, so the receipt printer opens them. With no printer beside the drawer, Posiflex makes USB models that connect to the PC. For the Rugtek CR-405 and CR-410B we confirm the specification in your quotation.

For the Henex HC-3208 and HC-3208R we send the specification with your quotation. Rugtek publishes no specification sheet for the CR-405 or CR-410B, so we confirm theirs in the quotation too.

Connections
Check these maker figures before you order, so the printer can open the drawer and your billing software can drive the printer.
The Rongta RP327 opens a drawer at DC 24 V. Our cash drawers page shows which drawer opens from a printer and how.
Choose a Posiflex USB version when no receipt printer sits next to the drawer; the cash drawer comparison names them.
The All-in-One Mini POS prints and cuts its own receipts and connects a cash drawer, your weighing scale, barcode label printers and an external thermal printer over USB, serial and LAN.
Honeywell lists USB, RS-232, keyboard wedge and IBM 468xx (RS485) interfaces for the Orbit 7190g. Name your billing software and PC, and we confirm the cable and settings in the quotation.
Earlier models
Posiflex lists the XT-4015, PS-3316E and HS-2410W as end of life, Epson India lists the TM-T82 (C31CB10302) as discontinued, and Zebra no longer sells the DS9208. Their pages stay online for existing users. Tell us the model at your counter, and we quote a current one and set it up with your billing software.

Only the offline Android billing app that runs on our All-in-One Mini POS; its Tab version runs on an Android tablet (Android apps). For any other counter, tell us the billing software you use and we set the printer, scanner and drawer up for it.
The All-in-One Mini POS replaces the keypad with an 8-inch touch screen and prints and cuts receipts on its built-in printer. Send us your item list in Excel with your quote request, and we load it into our billing app for you.
Yes. We provide on-site installation and training, and set the printer, scanner and drawer up for your billing software.
The Rongta RP327 prints 72 mm or 48 mm wide and takes rolls with a Φ80 mm roll diameter (Rongta); we confirm the roll width in the quotation. The Mini POS takes 3-inch thermal rolls. We do not sell paper rolls.
We do, for the POS hardware we supply. When a receipt will not print, the drawer stays shut or the scanner goes quiet, send us the model and what it does. Our engineer comes to your counter or you bring the unit to our Chennai office, depending on the fault and how soon you need it back, and we tell you the repair cost before any work begins.
