Warehouse, production, label, stock and asset software that works with the barcode printers, scanners and mobile computers we supply, plus ready-to-install apps.
ACE-UniLabel, Allmark's own label printing software for Windows, prints inspection labels from the label file you use today. The operator fills only the values that change, on a screen made from that label.

Every incoming lot needs a clear QC passed sticker or status label
At goods receipt (GRN), stores and production need to see on every lot whether it has passed QC (quality control), with the material, batch, quantities, inspection date and inspector. A handwritten QC passed sticker varies from one inspector to the next, and a pre-printed one cannot carry the lot's own batch, date or inspector.
ACE-UniLabel prints your inspection label from one screen, so every lot gets the same layout and the inspector fills only the values.

Pre-printed or handwritten stickers
Stickers bought printed and filled in by hand.
Very low volumes.
Handwriting varies from one person to the next, and a pre-printed sticker cannot carry the lot's own batch, date or QR code.
Retype in the label designer
The operator opens the label design and types each value before printing.
A few labels a day in one format.
Every value is retyped by hand; unless the designer is set to print only, the person printing may also change the layout, and there is often no record of who printed what.
Labels printed from the ERP
The business system prints the label from its own record.
Values that already live in the ERP.
A new label format may need the ERP partner or your ERP team, and floor values such as a weight, a serial number or an inspector may not be in the ERP.
ACE-UniLabel
A print screen made from your inspection label file and a picture of it; the inspector fills the lot's values and the signature space prints blank.
Every incoming lot, at the stores or QC PC.
One format for every lot; you decide which role may set the status; print history shows who printed each label; it runs offline on the PC.

How ACE-UniLabel prints QC status labels
Turn an existing label file (.prn) and a picture of the printed label into a reusable operator print screen. These screens were made from the example label above.
The inspector fills seven boxes, from the material name to the status; the signature box prints blank, ready to sign.
Decide which role may view or edit each operator-entered field, so the status box can be left to the roles you choose.
Print history shows what was sent to print, by whom and on which printer.
The inspection label's print screen: seven boxes to fill and the live preview.
Checklist
Before you choose QC label software
Ask these questions of any way of printing inspection labels, ours included. At the demo we answer them on your own label.
Can only the roles you choose set the status?
Does every lot get the same format?
Is it recorded who printed each label, and when?
Does the signature space stay blank for the inspector to sign?
Does it keep working on the stores PC without the internet?
Try it on your label
Try your own label at the demo
Bring the inspection label file you use today and one printed label. The demo is at no charge: we make its print screen with you and set who may change the status. ACE-UniLabel itself is licensed per computer and quoted in writing.
Can we print our own QC passed stickers and labels?
Yes. Instead of pre-printed QC passed or QA passed stickers, print a status label for each lot on a supported thermal label printer (we confirm the model in the solution assessment), with the material, batch, date, inspector and status filled in on one screen.
What should an incoming inspection label show?
The material, batch and quantities, the sample checked, the inspection date, the inspector, a space to sign, a remark and the status, as on the example label above.
Can only QC staff set the status?
You decide which role may view or edit each operator-entered field, so the status box can be left to the roles you choose.
Can we use one screen for every material?
Yes. One print screen serves every lot; the inspector fills the values for each one.
Can we see who printed a label?
Yes. Print history shows what was sent to print, by whom, on which printer, and why a print failed.
Which printers and scales does it work with?
Tested interoperability with selected OHAUS weighing-scale and GoDEX/TSC thermal-printer configurations. Compatibility is model- and configuration-dependent; confirmation is provided during solution assessment.
Send us the label you print today
Send the label file and a photo of the printed label on WhatsApp, and tell us how its values reach the label now. We send back a draft operator screen and quote the features you need. For a planned purchase, we can also show it working in person.
