The Epson TM-T82 (C31CB10302) below is an earlier model that Epson India lists as discontinued; its page stays for existing users, and the discontinued models guide lists it.

How to choose
A billing PC needs a separate receipt printer such as the RP327. A small counter can use a terminal with its own printer instead.
The RP327 sits on the desk or hangs on the wall, prints receipts at 250 mm/s and takes ESC/POS and OPOS commands from the billing software.
Our All-in-One Mini POS has a built-in 3-inch thermal printer with an auto-cutter, up to 150 mm/s, and also works with an external thermal printer.
A second RP327 in the kitchen prints the order tickets. Tell us how the kitchen printer will connect to the billing PC or POS when you ask for a quote.

Yes, if the drawer opens on a 24 V pulse from the printer: the RP327's cash drawer control is DC 24 V, 1 A. See our cash drawers and name your drawer model when you ask for a quote.
Thermal paper rolls with a Φ80 mm roll diameter; it prints 72 mm or 48 mm wide (Rongta). We confirm the roll width in the quotation. We do not sell paper rolls.
Epson India lists the TM-T82 (C31CB10302) as discontinued and names no replacement. Its page stays online with Epson's documents; if you need a printer for a new counter, ask us about the Rongta RP327, the receipt printer we supply today.
