Newland handheld scanners we list today
If your counter scans only printed 1D barcodes, start with the HR11 Plus. If you also need to read QR codes, such as UPI payment codes, GST e-invoice codes or codes on a phone screen, choose a 2D model.

Newland HR11 Plus corded 1D scanner:
a light handheld with a 2500-pixel linear imager that plugs into a PC or billing system by USB or RS-232. It reads 1D barcodes on labels and phone screens, but not QR codes.
Newland HR2000 corded 2D scanner:
reads 1D, 2D and GS1 Digital Link codes with a 600 × 800 image sensor, connects by USB or RS-232, weighs 137 g, and Newland rates it IP52 with 1.5 m drops.
Newland HR2000-BT Bluetooth scanner:
the cordless version of the HR2000, linked to a USB cradle over Bluetooth 5.0 at up to 100 m. Its 2,600 mAh battery can be replaced, and Newland quotes 16 hours at one scan every 6 seconds.
Newland HR2081-BT wireless scanner:
sends scans to a small USB dongle instead of a cradle, over Bluetooth 5.0 at up to 50 m, and also reads passport OCR. It runs on a 2,400 mAh battery.
Newland HR5280-BT cordless scanner:
a 1280 × 800 pixel sensor, IP54 sealing and a 1.8 m drop rating, with a charging cradle that connects by USB or RS-232, so it also suits an older serial billing system.
